After looking at colors, shapes, and sizes online, I requested a frame sample, and then purchased two framed beveled mirrors for my bath renovation, after making sure the sample matched my new vanities. When the mirrors arrived, the glass was shattered, but after I contacted Frame My Mirror, they immediately sent two replacements which arrived shortly thereafter undamaged. I was very happy with their product and their friendly, responsive customer service. I highly recommend this small family-owned business!

After searching the internets and local stores high and low for a mirror to fit my space, and after being disappointed by the selection from other online stores, I fell upon Frame My Mirror. I ordered some samples without much hope that they’d be much different than other sites. Thankfully, I was wrong. I decided on the Morgan in white and couldn’t have been happier... with the second mirror I received. You see, despite the apparent appropriate boxing, the first mirror I received arrived broken. A hole in the box in the middle of the field of the mirror should have been a foreshadowing of my feelings to come. Broken, the same as my heart as soon as I opened the box. Shattered... the mirror... my heart. This was the last major piece needed for a bathroom renovation. A piece that I had been hunting for.

I called Frame My Mirror the following day and was lucky enough to speak with Madison. (She’s a real person!) She actually answered the phone and helped me immediately. Not only that, she had a new mirror out to me ... the... same... week! Incredible service. In the age of impersonal phone trees and nonsense “customer service,” Madison was a breath of fresh air (Thank you, Madison).
