Do I need an account to check my order?

You can log in using the email address connected to your order. Shopify may also allow customers to verify their identity with their order number plus email or phone number after a certain amount of time has passed.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is included in the order confirmation email you received after checkout.

Why don’t I see tracking yet?

Tracking appears after your order has shipped and tracking information has been added. If your order is still in production or processing, tracking may not be available yet.

Can I track my order from my email?

Yes. Your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails include links to your order status page.

What if my tracking link is not updating?

Carrier tracking can take time to update after a label is created. Check back later, or contact customer service if the tracking has not changed for several business days.
