Which email address should I use?
Use the same email address connected to your approved FMM Pro account or previous orders. Using a different email address may prevent your order history from appearing.
I have never logged in before. What should I do?
Select the option to create or activate an account using the email address associated with your FMM Pro profile. If you are unable to access the account, contact our team for assistance.
Where can I find my discount?
Your FMM Pro discount code, custom quote, or purchasing terms may be provided separately by our team. They may not appear automatically inside your Shopify account.
Why do I not see an order in my account?
Only orders placed online using the same email address may appear in your Shopify order history. Custom quotes, manually entered orders, or orders placed under another email address may not be displayed.
Can I request help with a commercial project?
