Items purchased from Frame My Mirror are returnable within 14 days from receiving your order. All items must be returned in original condition and will be inspected upon arrival to our facility before a refund is initiated. Any return that is initiated after the 14 day period will not be accepted for refund.

The amount refunded will be the price originally paid for the item less a re-stocking fee of 25% and return shipping fee.

*Paid/expedited shipping costs and handling fees are not valid for refund.

*Oversized Framed Mirror orders that ship via LTL Freight are not eligible for return.

*From the time your package arrives at our warehouse facility, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

NOTE: Dealer, affiliate, and commercial customers may not return items for reasons other than damage or defect. If there is an issue, please call and we will happily work with you to resolve it!

Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations after 24 hours from the time of order are not guaranteed, but will be honored if the order has not yet been processed. Orders processed via Quickship, Standard Shipping or FedEx 2Day® can only be cancelled by 11am (EST) the next business day, due to the rush of production.

Frequently Asked Questions

My order arrived damaged. What are my options?

We want to make sure your experience is enjoyable from start to finish – no matter what. If your item(s) arrive damaged, simply fill out the form below and our customer support representatives will get a replacement order processed for you as soon as possible. If you would not like a replacement, we will issue a full refund for your damaged order on the card used to place the original order.

Please note that for damaged items, we file damage claims with the carrier. In order for your request to be processed, we require photos of the damaged items from a variety of angles. See reference photos above for more information.

For safety reasons, Framed Mirrors delivered with broken glass may not be subject for pickup or return to our facility. The customer is responsible for physically disposing of any framed mirrors that arrive with broken or shattered glass after photos have been submitted to FMM.

I accidentally measured wrong; can I get the correct item ordered?

Accidents happen! To return your item that has the incorrect measurements, fill out the return form below and our team will schedule FedEx to come pick up the original package from your front door. Once the package is received and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund for your original order minus a 25% restocking fee. You can then place a new order with the correct measurements.

If it has been less than 24 hours since you placed your order and a correction needs to be made, our team should be able to make appropriate changes before your order enters production. We cannot guarantee changes that are requested after 24 hours of order placement, but we will do whatever we can!

I no longer need the item ordered. What can I do?

If you’ve changed your mind, fill out the return form below and our team will schedule FedEx to come pick up your package from your front door. Once the package arrives back at our facility and is looked over by our production team, we will issue your refund minus a 25% restocking fee due to the custom nature of our product.

Do I need to keep the original packaging to return my order?

Yes. To return your order, it will need to be repackaged in the original packaging for FedEx to come retrieve the package.

Can I cancel my order?

Reference Photos

If your order has arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will work diligently to get you a new order shipped as soon as possible. Return or replacement requests for damaged items require reference photos that must be taken of your damaged product upon arrival. These are required for FMM to file a damage claim with the carrier. We cannot guarantee your return request will be completed unless proper reference photos of damaged item(s) are submitted. A minimum of 6 photos is required, one photo per reference angle.
