Once your order is placed, our work begins. We custom-cut your order to size, prepare your package for delivery, and send everything out as quickly as possible so you can begin transforming your space. The best part? You pay no shipping fees on standard orders! That’s right, Frame My Mirror® takes care of the shipping fees for most orders within the Continental US*. If you’d like to enjoy your frame sooner, we offer Standard and 2Day options on most orders. Lead times and pricing can vary between product types.

All Add A Frame, Framed Mirror, LED Mirror and Decorative Mirrors must be shipped to a residential or commercial address. PO Boxes are not a valid shipping address for these items and any orders placed using a PO Box as a shipping address will be held and the customer contacted to receive an alternate address. Samples are okay to ship to a PO Box as they ship via USPS.

Oversized Add A Frames^®

Add A Frames^® that are longer than 90” in length are subject to a $99 handling fee. Unfortunately, this is passed along through the transit companies and is not valid for discount. Add A Frames that are longer than 95” will be spliced so that they can still ship via FedEx. Learn more about splicing here.

Oversized Framed Mirrors

Once a framed mirror reaches a certain size, it can no longer travel via FedEx Ground and must be placed on a pallet and shipped via LTL (less than truckload). These orders are subject to a $325 handling fee to cover packaging and shipping costs when shipped within the contiguous US. When shipping to HI or AK, additional shipping fees apply. Every pallet is custom built to fit the custom size of the framed mirror to ensure a safe delivery. The carrier company will contact the customer, at the phone number provided at order placement, 24 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery time. Someone must be present at the time of delivery. Delivery is a curbside delivery only, white glove not included. The pallet that the framed mirror(s) are shipped on is considered part of the shipment and its disposal is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping to a business that has a loading dock? Let us know prior to placing your order.

* All orders will begin processing the next business day following day of order placement. Shipping times are estimates based on standard order volume. Heavy promotional periods may lead to a slight delay in production. Frame My Mirror does not guarantee the estimated delivery windows and if a guaranteed delivery time is required, let us know at time of order placement as a shipping upcharge may apply. Lead times and rates can change at Frame My Mirror’s discretion without warning. Frame My Mirror is not responsible for courier errors/delays after an order has left our warehouse. Customers are responsible for full payment of goods even in the event of loss or damage in transit. In such situations, Frame My Mirror will work with the customer to file a claim with the courier.
