Can existing mirrors be framed without removing them?

Many securely installed wall mirrors can be framed in place. Suitability depends on the condition of the glass, mirror dimensions, surrounding clearances, clips, outlets, backsplashes, and other installation conditions. If the mirror is damaged or otherwise unsuitable, a replacement framed-mirror solution may be more appropriate.

Can frames accommodate different mirror dimensions?

Yes. Our Add A Frames can be made-to-order based on each mirror's dimensions and installation conditions. Projects with several sizes should identify the quantity associated with each size.

What about clips, outlets, backsplashes, and limited clearances?

Mirror clips, outlets, switches, backsplashes, adjoining walls, and nearby fixtures can affect product suitability and measuring requirements. If you've never ordered a custom-size frame before, we'll guide you through the process and calculate on our end the final size to provide the perfect fit.
