Multi-unit and property management

Refresh mirrors property-wide, without pulling glass or budget

Frame the mirrors you already have, or order custom-sized replacements. Either way, one point of contact handles sizing, finishes, and pricing across every unit occupied, renovating, or new construction.

  • Frame suitable existing mirrors without removing the glass
  • Commercial pricing for multi-unit projects
  • Made-to-order sizing for varied mirror dimensions
  • Coordinated finishes across properties and units

Begin with the property type, approximate unit count, mirror conditions, anticipated quantities, and project schedule.

Getting Started

You want to upgrade, but where to start?

The appropriate solution depends on the condition of your existing mirrors, the project scope, and whether the property is occupied, undergoing renovation, or under construction.

Existing mirrors

Frame mirrors already installed

Update securely mounted wall mirrors without removing or replacing the glass. Made-to-order Add A Frames install directly over the existing mirror for a finished, coordinated appearance.

  • Less disruption in occupied properties
  • Made to fit existing mirror dimensions
  • Coordinated styles across multiple units

Mirror replacement

Replace mirrors that cannot be reframed

When existing glass is damaged, deteriorated, incorrectly sized, or unsuitable for an applied frame, replace it with a new, custom-size Framed Mirror instead of Add a Frame.

  • Appropriate for damaged or deteriorated mirrors
  • Frame and mirror supplied as a complete product
  • Consistent appearance across renovations

Renovation and construction

Plan mirror frames across an entire project

Coordinate frame styles, finishes, dimensions, and quantities across renovation programs, unit turns, buildings, or new construction.

  • Project-wide finish coordination
  • Support for varied mirror dimensions
  • Commercial pricing for larger quantities

Two ways to get there

Frame It, or Replace It?

Most mirrors can be framed as-is. If yours can't, a custom-size replacement is the better fit.

Frame a suitable mirror already installed

Add A Frame

Frame a suitable mirror already installed

A made-to-order frame installs on top of a suitable, wall-mounted mirror, allowing existing glass to remain in place.

  • No contractor visit for glass removal, less turnover downtime
  • Installs around existing lighting and outlets, no electrical work
  • Lowest cost, fastest path between tenants
  • Scales across units without a full renovation budget
Replace the mirror with Custom-size Framed Mirror

Custom-size Framed Mirrors

Replace the mirror with Custom-size Framed Mirror

A new custom-size mirror and frame together. Best when the glass is damaged or the size needs to change.

  • Mirror and frame included, easy to install
  • Right for damaged or wrong-size mirrors
  • Available in made-to-order dimensions and finishes

Frequently asked questions

Commercial project questions

These answers cover common questions about framing existing mirrors, project planning, measurements, finish selection, and commercial pricing. But always feel free to reach out with additional questions.

Can existing mirrors be framed without removing them?

Many securely installed wall mirrors can be framed in place. Suitability depends on the condition of the glass, mirror dimensions, surrounding clearances, clips, outlets, backsplashes, and other installation conditions. If the mirror is damaged or otherwise unsuitable, a replacement framed-mirror solution may be more appropriate.

Can frames accommodate different mirror dimensions?

Yes. Our Add A Frames can be made-to-order based on each mirror's dimensions and installation conditions. Projects with several sizes should identify the quantity associated with each size.

What about clips, outlets, backsplashes, and limited clearances?

Mirror clips, outlets, switches, backsplashes, adjoining walls, and nearby fixtures can affect product suitability and measuring requirements. If you've never ordered a custom-size frame before, we'll guide you through the process and calculate on our end the final size to provide the perfect fit.

What information is needed to begin?

You can begin with the property type, approximate quantity, anticipated timeline, and a general description of the mirrors or spaces. Measurements, photographs, plans, and mirror schedules can be supplied as the project develops.

Can projects be ordered in phases?

Yes. Orders can be planned around unit turns, renovation phases, individual buildings, or multiple properties. Frame and finish availability should be confirmed when planning projects that will extend over a longer period.

How is commercial pricing determined?

Commercial pricing depends on the selected product, frame style and finish, mirror dimensions, quantity, and other project requirements. Submit the preliminary project information so the commercial team can review the scope.
