Contemporary Meets Rustic Bathroom Style
Bathroom styles have certainly changed over the years, with a number of trends leaving us wondering how it became popular in the first place (furry toilet covers to name one). A bathroom design style that is becoming increasingly popular in the design community, and a personal favorite our ours, is pairing rustic features and accents with contemporary appliances and design. This gives your bathroom a timeless feel that brings both warmth and class to the setting, a difficult combo to pair. Tying it all together (showers/tubs):
Pairing the sink and vanity in the first image with the all white accent would give you the 'home-y' feel while maintaining a level of sleek and modern design. Our idea for the whisky barrels that have been cut in half is that they would serve nicely as towel holders or storage! After they have been properly cleaned, of course. We recommend most of our Add A Frame styles for a contemporary feel, but our Camden frame in Nickel would be perfect!
