Weston (Driftwood)

I had large mirror that was de-silvering around the edges, but I didn’t wanna have to change out the mirror because I like the size of it. I wanted to add something that would match the bathroom so I went with this to match the fixtures. The wood vanity is old and they didn’t have anything that matched the wood so this was the closest.

This custom-sized frame at a reasonable price is just what I needed. The frame was easy to order and the customer service is super nice. You actually get a person on the phone when you call. They are friendly and helpful. The only problem was in the fulfillment. It took four tries to send me the proper hardware to put the frame together. I hope this company irons out its kinks because they have a great concept, a positive attitude and a good and useful product.

We love the mirror. It really made our bathroom! Our only complaint is that the instructions didn't tell us to remove the labels on the back of the mirror indicating the dimensions. Unfortunately, the stickers are reflected in the mirror and can be seen and it was too late to remove the frame. Now we know for the next one . . .

My frame arrived quickly, but there was a problem with some small chips from the cutting. I contacted the company with pictures and they immediately sent me a new one which was perfect. It was easy to assemble and mount. I love how it looks in my bathroom. Really transformed it.
